Solid Oak Overlay Flooring
Oak Overlay Strip Wood Floors
Intended for non load-bearing applications, e.g. nailed to an existing wooden floor (see case study) our 9 mm thick oak
overlay is 70 mm wide, and comes in random lengths up to about 1.2 metres, average about 0.8 metre, tongued and grooved sides
and ends. Our oak overlay is available in both prime and natural grade. There is some colour variation in both grades,
the main difference being the occasional knots in the natural grade. Prime grade is free of knots,
other than the possibility of pin knots.
As well as our oak, we also supply overlay in Iroko (67 mm), Jatoba (67 mm), and American Black Walnut (90 mm).
In addition to overlay, we also supply solid and engineered oak in widths up to 220 mm, and thicknesses up to 20 mm.
